judgement meals

Judgement meal (compound noun): defined as the meal by which all other dishes served at a place are judged. As follows:

Ian: Chicken larb at Thai restaurants; salt & pepper anything, whenever he can.
Gail: Palak paneer at Indian; tom kha gai for Thai; ceviche in South America
Amelia: spaghetti bolognese. Anywhere. Anytime.
