Our homemade napoletana sauce with yummy mushrooms, and spiced up with zingy capers and olives, over delicious cheesy tortellini. Served with shaved parmesan. A camping family favourite.

    This was our meal for the 2nd night of the 3 capes trek – and we were all looking forward to it after and big day – and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely flavours and the sprinkle of supplied parmesan cheese provided the perfect touch. We combined 3 packets of this meal in one pot and shared between 3 of us – perfect!
