This was a good day 1 option for me and the palak paneer and flat bread were tasty. I added to the meal freshly cooked bbq veggies- (red onion, zucchini, cherry toms)- yum. Left overs were put in snap lock bags for lunch next day. Plus I drank my red wine (decanted into plastic water bottle) on day 1. Didn’t want to be carrying more weight.
