In response to guest requests, we’ve converted frequent favourite Thai chicken noodles into a spicy treat for vegos: our Thai curry base with, carrots, capsicum, beans, red onions and mushrooms in a coconut cream sauce, served with rice noodles, and cashews for nutty protein goodness.

    This was yummy, and nice to have a soupy style consistency in cooler weather.

    This was so tasty and satisfying. Easy to cook, but be wary of fellow walkers food envy…it’s that impressive and healthy.
    I found the rubbish minimization was really impressive from Gear and Gourmet.

    Nice light dinner with plenty of flavour! A good alternative if you have had enough of pasta. I possibly added to much water but was still really nice.
