Tasty and easy to prepare. Nice and light to carry.
It would be good to have the snow peas and cashews for garnish packed separately so the cashews stay crispy.

This dinner was delicious and easy to prepare. The 2 vegetarian meals I had from 3CGG beat the pants off the back country beef one. And super easy to order, receive the delivery and pick up (gear). I will use them again when I am next in Tassie or needing hiking ticket 👍❤️

Nice light dinner with plenty of flavour! A good alternative if you have had enough of pasta. I possibly added to much water but was still really nice.
