Apple, cinnamon & quinoa porridge: Rolled brown rice, organic spray-dried full cream milk, rolled quinoa flakes, sultanas (preservative: GM free sunflower oil), rich brown sugar, dried apple (preservative 220: helps retain colour and Vitamin C content), cinnamon
Fluffy pancakes & maple syrup: GF plain flour, dehydrated maple syrup, spray-dried pasteurised fresh hen eggs, organic spray-dried full cream milk, baking powder, baking soda

Excellent nutritious breakfast options, we had the hot porridges the first two mornings and saved the yummy pancakes for the final breaky to get us up and down that beautiful mountain. Well done Three Capes Gourmet and yes the other hikers were very jealous!

Both porridges were tasty and filling, easy to cook.
Pancakes we were worried would stick when cooking but after 1st one stuck, the rest were easy to cook and flip. They tasted great as well. It was nice to have the variety each morning.
