If you’ve landed here you must be planning an adventure with the Tasmanian Walking Company –
on either the Three Capes Lodge Walk or the Wineglass Bay Sail Walk.
We’re here to help equip you to get the most out of your walk.
We hire bushwalking gear including walking poles, overpants, headtorches and daypacks. The hire prices shown are per item for the duration of your walk. If you need fitting or how-to advice – or maybe just an out-of-our-window update on the Tassie weather – contact us. We’re always up for track talk.
We also sell most of the equipment we hire, and some other things that will enhance your walking pleasure, including maps and water bottles.
We’ll deliver your order to TWC’s Hobart walkers’ base, where it will be ready for you to collect on your departure morning. Your TWC guides will help with any last-minute advice.
When your walk’s over you’ll hand your hire gear back to your guides – that simple.

First Nations people walked the beautiful island of Lutruwita (Tasmania) for many millennia before European colonisation – and continue to seek recognition and Makarrata in this State. The land that we work in and and that you will walk on Turrakana (Tasman Peninsula) is the Country of the Pydairrerme people. We acknowledge and pay our respects to Tasmanian Aboriginal elders past and present and thank them for their continuing care, knowledge and guardianship of the plants, creatures and stories of this amazing place.
