We got 3 of these packs to share between 6 of us for our 3 lunches (so we could use up one pack every lunch and not have half-cut-up veggies leftover). This worked really well. The veggies were fresh and in good shape, even on the fourth day. Of course it’s not strictly necessary, but having something fresh to jazz up lunch made it nicer. Being able to buy these and pick them up together with all our other food was really convenient. Of course be sure to bring an (ideally serrated) knife and a plate for cutting them up.
