We offer the most robust two of our favourites: apples and oranges. They're ever so slightly weighty side on a per-serve basis – but, boy, is it ever worth it. Some people call it trail mix, others call it gorp ("good old raisins and peanuts" or "granola, oats, raisins, peanuts", depending on who's telling the story) but to us it will always be Ian's special scrog – his own custom recipe of dried fruits, nuts, seeds and a secret sugary snack for a healthy boost of energy on the track. There are two big handfuls in the bag; enough for a hilly day. It's GF and vegan friendly.

Aha! You are a serious caffeine addict, and you're prepared to suffer for your fix. You know that there are plungers at each of the huts that you can share (for which we can provide freshly ground coffee), but you're not a fan of plunger coffee taste and grit (we're looking at you, Gail...), or the clean up afterwards (that sound you hear is Ian gnashing his teeth ...). This percolator is the closest thing you'll get to proper espresso in camp. It's easy to use, easy to clean and what better way to start the day? 250g of Tattooed Nun blend (12 cups' worth) from Tasmanian coffee gurus Zimmah, freshly roasted and ground especially for the Aeropress completes the picture. Don't forget to order milk if you need it.
